Non-ITI Seats : 74 Nos.
Trades –
Fitter – 30 posts
Machinist – 15 posts
Welder (G&E) – 11 posts

Educational Qualification: For Non-ITI candidates: Class 10 pass or its equivalent with minimum 50% marks. For ITI candidates: Class 10 pass with minimum 50% marks and also must have passed ITI in the relevant trades.

 

Age Limit: Minimum 15 years and Maximum 24 years (22 years for Non-ITI candidates) as on 15/02/2021

Application Fee: Candidates must pay Application Fee of Rs.100/-. Fee can be paid through Online mode during submission of online application form by using Debit/Credit card or Net banking or any other option available. See officially released advertisement for more details.

NO APPLICATION FEE REQUIRED IN CASE OF SC/ST, PH AND WOMEN CANDIDATES.

Before applying for the vacancies, candidates must enroll themselves as Apprentices through the web portal of Regional Directorates of Apprenticeship Training (RDAT) – www.apprenticeship.gov.in

Upon successful payment of prescribed fee and submission of online application form, the system generated Registration/ Acknowledgement Slip will appear on the computer screen. Candidates must print-out it for future correspondence. DO NOT SEND ANY PRINT-OUT/HARD COPY OR DOCUMENTS TO INDIAN RAILWAYS, BANARAS LOCOMOTIVE WORKS AT THIS STAGE. All the verification will be done in due course.
